Affiliate Program Rules
Last updated: September 29, 2026
1. This agreement
These rules are a binding agreement between you and Jude LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“Jude,” “we,” “us”), for the Jude Affiliate Program (the “Program”). You accept them by checking the box when you apply, or when your dashboard asks you to agree to a new version, and Jude keeps a record of which version you agreed to and when. They apply for as long as you’re in the Program and afterwards where section 19 says so. If you apply on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorized to bind it, and “you” means that business.
Your Jude login is also covered by Jude’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where they and these rules disagree about the Program, these rules win.
2. Joining
- You must be at least 18 years old and live in, or be a business registered in, the United States.
- Jude’s employees and contractors, and members of their households, can’t join. Neither can anyone Jude has removed from the Program before.
- One affiliate account per person or business. Don’t share your login.
- Everything in your application, including your social accounts and follower counts, must be true and yours. Keep your account details up to date.
- Jude reviews every application and may approve or decline any of them, for any reason, without explanation.
3. Our relationship
You’re an independent contractor. Nothing in these rules makes you Jude’s employee, agent, partner or joint venturer, and you get no benefits from Jude. You can’t speak for Jude, make promises or offers on its behalf, or sign anything for it.
The Program isn’t exclusive either way. You may promote other products, including ones that compete with Jude, and you don’t have to promote Jude at all. Jude may run other programs, work with other affiliates, and sell to any business directly, including ones you’ve talked to.
4. Disclosure
Every post, video, story, email or message where you share a Jude link or code, or recommend Jude while in the Program, must say clearly that you’re a paid affiliate. This is a requirement of the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides, not a courtesy.
- Put it where people will see it before they click: in the post itself, near the link, not only in your bio, below a “more” cut, or among other hashtags.
- Use plain words, for example “#ad,” “paid partnership” or “I earn a commission if you sign up through my link.” “Affiliate link” on its own isn’t enough.
- In a video, say it out loud and show it on screen. Use the platform’s paid-partnership label too, where one exists.
- Only say you use Jude if you do, and only share your honest opinion of it.
5. How you may promote Jude
Promote Jude honestly, lawfully and on your own channels. You may not:
- Run paid search or social ads on the word “Jude,” its misspellings, or anything that looks like it, or send paid ads straight to a Jude link.
- List your link or code on coupon, deal, discount, cashback or rebate websites.
- Pay, reward or give anything to people for clicking your link, signing up or going Pro, or promise discounts, credits or prices Jude doesn’t offer on joinjude.com.
- Make claims about Jude that aren’t true or that Jude doesn’t make itself, about its features, prices, results or anything else.
- Send spam: no unsolicited bulk emails, texts, calls or direct messages. Any email you send must follow the CAN-SPAM Act, and any text or call must follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
- Use bots, scripts, hidden frames, pop-ups, forced clicks or anything else that records a click or credit without a real person choosing to open your link (“cookie stuffing”).
- Recruit sub-affiliates or pass your link to others to promote for you.
- Credit yourself: you can’t earn on a business you own, work at, or have a financial interest in, or on a business opened by someone in your household.
- Create fake, test or duplicate businesses or accounts.
- Promote Jude on or next to content that is sexually explicit, hateful, violent, harassing, illegal, or aimed at people under 18, or in comments and posts on Jude’s own pages and accounts.
- Break the rules of any platform you post on.
Use each of your links only on the channel it was made for, so your dashboard shows what’s working.
6. Using the Jude name
While you’re in the Program, Jude gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Jude name and the logos and images Jude provides, unaltered, only to promote Jude under these rules. Jude owns its name, logos, product and content. You get no other rights to them.
- Don’t put “Jude” in a domain, social handle, username, business name or app name, and don’t register one that could be confused with Jude’s.
- Don’t pretend to be Jude, copy the look of Jude’s website or app, or suggest you work for or speak for Jude.
- Stop using the Jude name the day you leave the Program.
If you give Jude feedback or ideas, Jude may use them freely without owing you anything. You keep ownership of your own content.
7. How credit works
- Links. When someone creates a Jude account, the most recent affiliate link their browser opened in the previous 90 days is saved to that account. Every business that person creates within 90 days of that click is credited to the link’s affiliate. A link opened after the account exists does nothing.
- Referral codes. A business that wasn’t credited through a link can enter your code when it first upgrades to Pro. It’s credited to you when its first Pro bill is paid. A business that has already paid for Pro can’t use a code.
- One affiliate per business, for good. Once credited, a business stays with that affiliate. Credit is never split or moved to another affiliate.
- Tracking has limits. Links are tracked in the visitor’s browser. If someone clears their cookies, blocks tracking, or signs up on a device that never opened your link, and doesn’t enter your code, the business can’t be credited to you. Jude doesn’t owe commission on a business it has no record of crediting to you.
- Credit by hand. Jude may, at its discretion, credit a business to you that the system missed. It earns from the day it’s credited, not before.
- Jude’s records decide. Whether a business is credited, and to whom, is decided by Jude’s records. Jude may refuse or cancel credit for any business it reasonably believes was referred in breach of these rules.
8. Commission
- You earn your plan’s rate (20% unless Jude has agreed another with you in writing) of what each credited business actually pays Jude for its Pro subscription, after any discounts or credits, for your plan’s number of months (12 unless agreed otherwise). The months are calendar months counted from the business’s first paid Pro bill, whether or not it pays in each of them.
- A business’s rate and months are fixed when it’s credited. A later change to your plan only affects businesses credited afterwards.
- Card processing fees, taxes and anything other than the Pro subscription never earn commission.
- If a bill is refunded, or the business wins a chargeback on it, the matching commission is taken back. If that commission was already paid to you, it comes off your next payout. Jude won’t ask you to pay it back out of pocket, unless it came from fraud or a breach of these rules.
- Jude may withhold, cancel or reverse commission, including commission already paid, that it reasonably believes came from fraud or a breach of these rules.
- If you think a commission is missing or wrong, tell Jude at service@joinjude.com within 90 days of the bill it should have come from. After that, Jude’s records are final.
9. Payouts
- Each commission is held for 30 days after the business pays, then becomes payable. On the 1st of each month, everything payable is sent to you, once it adds up to at least $9.80. Anything less waits for the next month.
- Payouts are sent through Stripe to a Stripe account in your name that you set up from your affiliate dashboard. Stripe’s own agreement with you (the Stripe Connected Account Agreement) applies to that account. Jude never sees your bank details and isn’t responsible for Stripe’s services.
- Nothing is sent until your Stripe account is set up and Stripe will pay it; until then your money waits, for up to 12 months. Commission that is still unclaimed 12 months after it became payable, because no payout account was set up, is forfeited.
- If your bank returns a deposit, the money stays in your Stripe balance and Stripe sends it again once you fix your bank details.
- All payouts are in US dollars. Jude may hold a payout while it investigates suspected fraud or a breach.
10. Taxes
You’re responsible for all taxes on what you earn. Stripe collects your tax details (your SSN or EIN) when you set up your payout account, and Jude may withhold payouts until they’re complete. Where the law requires, Jude files a Form 1099-NEC with the IRS for your earnings and delivers a copy to you through Stripe.
11. Data and confidentiality
Your dashboard shows you the names of the businesses credited to you and what they’ve earned you. You get no other information about them or their customers. Keep what you see in your dashboard, and any non-public terms Jude agrees with you, confidential. Don’t use it to contact those businesses, to market to them, or for anything other than tracking your own earnings.
If you collect personal information from people while promoting Jude, for example an email list, you’re responsible for collecting and using it lawfully. How Jude handles your own information is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Reviews and investigations
Jude may review how you promote Jude, including your posts and where your clicks come from. If Jude asks, you’ll explain how you promoted Jude and share the relevant links or posts within 10 days, and you’ll change or remove any content that breaks these rules. If you hear from a regulator or the press about your promotion of Jude, let Jude know.
13. Pausing and ending
- Pausing. Jude may pause your account while it looks into a possible problem. While paused, your links and code don’t credit new businesses and your payouts are held. You keep earning on businesses already credited to you, and everything held is paid once you’re unpaused.
- Removal for breaking these rules. Jude may remove you from the Program at any time if you break these rules or it reasonably believes you have. Your links and code stop working for good, you stop earning on every business, and everything not yet paid to you is forfeited, whether or not it has cleared its hold.
- Ending the Program. Jude may end the Program with 30 days’ notice. Commission earned before then is still paid as it clears its hold.
- Leaving. You can leave at any time by deleting your Jude account. When you do, what’s past its hold is paid to you at once, as long as your payout account is set up and you aren’t paused. Everything else, including commission still in its hold, is forfeited. The delete screen shows you the amounts first.
14. Changes to these rules
Jude may change these rules. It will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect, unless the change is required by law sooner. A change never reduces commission you’ve already earned or the rate and months of a business already credited to you. Your dashboard will ask you to agree to the new version. If you don’t agree to a change, you can leave before it takes effect; staying in the Program after that means you accept it. Every past version stays readable at joinjude.com/affiliates/terms/ followed by its date.
15. No guarantees
THE PROGRAM, YOUR LINKS, YOUR DASHBOARD AND ITS TRACKING ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Jude doesn’t guarantee that you’ll earn anything, that tracking will catch every click or sign-up, or that the Program or dashboard will be uninterrupted or error-free.
16. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUDE ISN’T LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM OR THESE RULES. JUDE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM OR THESE RULES WON’T EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE COMMISSION JUDE PAID YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). This doesn’t limit Jude’s obligation to pay commission you’ve earned under these rules.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Jude and its members, officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, fines and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your promotion of Jude, your content, your breach of these rules, your violation of any law or anyone’s rights, or any statement or promise you make to anyone about Jude.
18. Governing law and disputes
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing a claim, either side must first try to resolve it in good faith for 30 days after written notice. If that fails, the dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
19. General
- Whole agreement. These rules, with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement about the Program. A different rate, plan or promise only counts if Jude confirms it in writing.
- Notices. Jude sends notices to the email on your Jude account. Send notices to Jude at service@joinjude.com.
- Assignment. You can’t transfer your account or these rules to anyone else. Jude may transfer them, for example if Jude is sold.
- Severability and waiver. If part of these rules is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Jude not enforcing a rule once doesn’t waive it.
- What survives. Sections 6 (the ownership parts), 8 and 9 (for commission earned and not yet paid), 10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 continue after you leave the Program.
